Jobo Africa

Introduction

About Jobo Africa

Jobomax and Jobo Africa have been active since 2014 across multiple West African countries (including Cameroon, Guinea, Ghana, and Sierra Leone) developing modern, high-quality, and affordable homes. To date, we have sold over 140 homes and financed more than 115 through our affiliated financing partners. Leveraging our related entities, Kola Global, US-Africa Housing Finance (USAHF), and Diaspora Funding Partners (DFP), Jobo Africa operates a uniquely integrated platform that streamlines financial qualification, home financing, construction oversight, leasing, and property management. All of these services are delivered through our proprietary technology platform, Kola Global.

Jobo Africa markets homes to members of the West African diaspora, private sector professionals, employee cooperatives, and other local buyers. We offer three core benefits that are difficult to find elsewhere in the region: security of investment, high-quality construction, and access to tailored financing. Over the next two years, Jobo Africa plans to expand into four to five additional countries.

Citra homes reduce carbon emissions by about 50% throughout their life cycle. They are designed for cradle-to-cradle recycling, ensuring that large portions of the house can be reused. Citra uses the latest available technology at every step of the process, from design and production to actual construction and the development of neighbourhoods. It starts with parametric design and finite element analysis to ensure that our homes are strong, durable and efficient. Our construction and devvelopment designs take into account the production process and ensure minimum waste.

Citra is changing how we build spaces.
