The 2012 Annual General Meeting took place in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and was attended by 22 AUHF members. The members nominated and voted for a new board of directors for the term October 2012- October 2014.

In the chairperson’s report, below, progress on activities of the AUHF since September 2011 is detailed; highlighting lending support to the 2012 Wharton school housing finance programme and relationships developed with various regional bodies. The report notes new members of the AUHF and touches on the unions developments which include: the Memorandum of Incorporation, the election of new board members- due to take place at the current AGM, the new membership policy and, the new AUHF website.
