About Eswatini Housing Board

Formerly known as the Industrial Housing Company, the Eswatini Housing Board was established in 1988 under authority National Housing Board Act No. 3 of 1988.

SNHB is a Category A Public Enterprise which reports to Government via the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. As a statutory body, EHB adheres to the dictates of the Public Enterprise Unit which monitors the apt functioning of all parastatals and is run by a board of directors consisting of nine (9) members, including a chairman, appointed by the Minister
