Introduction
Social Infra Ventures (SIV) is an Africa-focused green, social infrastructure platform providing low-cost housing and social infrastructure (such as schools, clinics, sport facilities, etc.) in Africa’s Tier II cities, leveraging local capital market infrastructure.
Social Infra Ventures (SIV) and Cardano Development (CD) have created the first Green and Social Infrastructure Platform: “SIV Africa”. The company believes that green, (gender) equitable, affordable housing and communities are a fundamental human right. SIV will build and sell quality affordable houses and will provide quality low-rent houses, targeting low-income and lower middle-income families, migrants, women and young people.
SIV will start in North Africa (Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt), expanding to West Africa.
