- An admin fee of R150 is applicable should you cancel your registration however substitutions are welcome.
- A cancellation will only be considered if written notice is received 14 working days prior to the conference.
- If notification is not received within this time period and confirmed by our office, you will be liable for the full registration fee.

- All refunds will be processed after the event.
